The process
How to place a corporate gifting order.
Step 1
Submit your enquiry.
Fill in the form below, or email [email protected] with your company name, contact details, occasion, estimated quantity, preferred delivery date, and any specific requirements. Include CORPORATE GIFTING in your subject line.
Step 2
Receive your written quote.
We will respond within 3 business days with a written quote, recommended set composition, and a sample presentation if relevant.
Step 3
Confirm and deposit.
Upon your confirmation, we require a 50% deposit to begin production and customisation. The remaining 50% is payable prior to dispatch.
Step 4
Production and dispatch.
Standard ready-to-gift orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 business days of deposit receipt. Custom presentation orders follow the lead time confirmed in your written quote. We provide tracking for all corporate orders.
Step 5
Delivery.
We deliver to all addresses in Malaysia and Singapore. White-glove delivery available for 100+ unit orders in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley. Singapore orders take 3 to 5 business days from Malaysia.

What is the minimum order quantity for corporate gifting?
The minimum order quantity for our ready-to-gift sets is 10 units (Tier 1: 10 to 25 units). Custom-printed card options and extra volume discounts begin at Tier 2 (26 to 50 units) and continue through Tier 3 (51 to 100 units). For large-scale projects of 100 units and above (Tier 4), we offer full bespoke pricing and custom presentation suites. For white-label formulations, minimums vary by product type, and an NDA is required before detailed discussion.
Can I include my company's branded card or message?
Yes, personalization options scale with your order volume. For Tier 1 orders (10 to 25 units), we include a normal printed card on request. For Tier 2 (26 to 50 units) and Tier 3 (51 to 100 units), a custom-printed card featuring your company name and personalized message is included with your gift sets. For Tier 4 large-volume orders (100 units and above), a custom-printed card is part of our comprehensive custom presentation suite, which also unlocks optional custom branding and tailored product selection curation.
Are the products suitable for all recipients including those with sensitive skin?
Yes. Every Vase Creation® preparation is formulated for the most reactive and sensitive skin first. They are suitable for all skin types, all ethnicities, and all ages above 3. They are safe for use during pregnancy. They do not contain harsh sulfates, parabens, phthalates, or synthetic fragrance. Our preparations are among the gentlest available from any Malaysian personal care brand.
Can I include a mix of different products in one set?
Yes, for orders of 50 units and above, we can curate a bespoke set with a mix of products from across the Vase Creation® range — including body care, aroma mists, and functional sprays — tailored to your brief and budget. For orders below 100 units, we recommend choosing from our existing ready-to-gift set range.
Do you deliver to Singapore?
Yes. We supply corporate gifting clients in Singapore with delivery from our Malaysian facility. Standard delivery to Singapore takes 3 to 5 business days. Delivery costs for Singapore are confirmed in your written quote.
Can Vase Creation® products be used as wedding doorgifts?
Yes — and this is one of our most popular use cases. Our preparations are elegant, gender-neutral, safe for all guests including pregnant guests, and available in sizes that are TSA-compliant for out-of-town guests. The Heritage Batik Journey Set is particularly popular for Malaysian weddings. The Explore With Us Travel Discovery Kit is popular for modern urban couples. We can accommodate the full range of wedding guest counts from intimate ceremonies to large receptions.
What information do I need to provide to get a quote?
To provide an accurate written quote within 3 business days, we need your company or event name, the occasion or event type, your estimated quantity, your preferred delivery date or event date, your approximate budget per unit (if you have one), any specific requirements such as custom branding, product preferences, or ingredient restrictions, and the delivery address or region.
Is there a physical sample available before I commit?
Yes, for orders of 200 units and above. We can send a physical sample set to your office in Kuala Lumpur or Singapore before you confirm your order. Sample sets are provided at standard retail pricing and the cost is credited against your confirmed corporate order if you proceed.
What payment terms apply to corporate orders?
We require a 50% deposit to begin production and customisation on all corporate orders. The remaining 50% balance is payable prior to dispatch. For repeat corporate clients, alternative payment terms may be discussed — please enquire. We accept bank transfer, credit card via online store, and online payment.
